When you purchase the MYKIDS Childcare Management software you get unlimited technical support and software upgrades free of charge for 90 days from the date of purchase. However, our commitment to customers is on-going as we continue to enhance MYKIDS with features that keep it on the leading edge.

By subscribing to our annual Software Support Services Agreement, you will be protecting your investment and will receive the following:

  • Updates and upgrades as they become available

  • No-charge installation and configuration of updates and upgrades via remote access

  • Unlimited telephone support on MYKIDS by a MYKIDS technical support specialist

  • Periodic updates to documentation as well as access to newsletters with useful tips and information on upcoming releases

  • Opportunity to provide your personal input on features that may improve the functionality of MYKIDS
